Grooming is done by Sean LaFitte who has over 30 years of experience. She takes the time to listen to you and discuss grooming options. First and foremost is the comfort of your pet. No production line grooming is done here. Each pet is given one on one attention and time is spent to get acquainted, then a massage in the tub, bathing with holistic, tearless products using the Hydrosurge bathing system that loosens dead hair, flaking skin etc, teeth are brushed (if tolerated), ears cleaned,
anal glands (if requested), hand drying, nail clipping. Lastly comes the groom, done with great care so your pet is not so stressed with the procedure.
